Held on the first weekend in November at Highlander Park in Dunedin, Florida, this event continues to grow year after year. Over 50,000 people of all ages attend this event annually, and there’s something for everyone. While adults browse the artists’ booths, a Children’s Pavilion provides an interactive art experience for children with arts and crafts projects related to the current year’s theme. As the largest autumn art show in the Tampa Bay area, artists and patrons of the arts have found this event to be an enjoyable and successful weekend affair. Our community partners that provide sponsorship dollars every year make this event a huge success.

The 19th Annual Dunedin Wines the Blues Festival hosted by the Downtown Dunedin Merchants Association, will take place Friday, November 12th and Saturday, November 13th, on Main Street between Louden Avenue and Broadway in downtown Dunedin. This upscale two day signature event for Dunedin kicks off Friday at 5:30 with the 2nd Friday Dunedin Wine/Art Walk featuring entertainment at Pioneer Park. The stage is sponsored by the Suncoast Blues Society and will feature a blues jam with invited guests. On Saturday, starting at 5pm there will be a Street Festival, food and wine offered by local merchants, craft vendors, and special wine promotions. The water you collect then can be used when needed for your landscape, potted plants, vegetable and herb gardens, and special plant collections. Attendees will receive set-up instructions and reference booklet. Advance registration is required. To purchase a rain barrel (which must be accomplished at the time of registration for $30 plus tax), choose “Participant with Rain Barrel” on step 4 of the online registration process. This will insure your rain barrel is available for pick up at the class. If you do not wish to purchase a rain barrel, use the drop-down and select “Participant” to register for this free class. Presented by the Treasure Island Chamber of Commerce and the City of Treasure Island. World Champion level sculptors in one place at one time doing what they do best. This annual competition is more than just making castles in the sand. Master sand sculptors work for hours to build works of art using shoves, carpenter's levels, trowels, knives, cake decoration tools and paint brushes of all sizes. They know their masterpieces will only be short-lived but like chalk artists, they have their memories -- and pictures, of course. Live music to include: The Greg Billlings Band, Sarasota Slim, Experimental Pilot, Confused and The Rocket Man Show starring Rus Anderson as Elton John. Stay for the fireworks!! This will be an event the whole family will enjoy!
