Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that caregiverss can do with their babies.
It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while adults are led through a series of exercises specific to the role as care-provider.
This unique program also provides caregiverss with the opportunity to meet others, engage in playgroups with their babies, and to form lasting friendships. Stroller Strides is designed to give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!" Stroller Strides offers several class formats, which can be taught outdoors or in a variety of unique indoor settings as well as to a wide range of participants.

This is the class that a child can attend from birth through kindergarten with their adult--
and through all nine song collections. This basic class follows the commendations of child development researchers--
grouping children of a variety of ages in one class.
*This approach fosters natural, family-style learning where younger children enjoy watching and imitating older ones;
older children learn by leading younger ones; and adults are happy because the children in the family can go to class together.
*Each child participates at his or her own developmental level
in singing, moving, chanting, listening, observing, or exploring musical instruments.
*We welcome the whole family to join in this important family music experience and any caregiver--parents, grandparents, nanny—can bring the child(ren) to class.

Kidding Around Yoga is a style of yoga that was created by Haris “Harini” Lender, RYT 500 and Cassie Dixon, MA.Ed. KAY includes ALL 5 branches of the Science of Yoga in a very clear and organized class. The methods we use in a KAY class are insanely creative and will keep your child practicing yoga for years to come! Singing, dancing, massaging, jogging and storytelling are just a few of the techniques we use, but the possibilities are endless. Our classes are geared towards kids ages 4-12. But you know how “flexible” yogis can be!

At Music Together, we recognize your older child's new capabilities and provide a developmentally appropriate curriculum that includes solfege, ensembles and solos in singing and instrument play, folk dances, harmony singing, vocal development, and drumming skills. The Big Kids classroom is a safe, familiar, fun environment where your child can experiment with new musical activities like conducting and improvisation, story songs, "silly operas," and
game songs.
Parent participation is the hallmark of the Music Together program, but many children of this age are ready for more independence in the classroom, so parent attendance in each Big Kids class is welcome but not required. You and your child will receive a songbook, 2 CDs, and HomePlay activities so that the entire family can continue the fun and learning at home and you can stay connected with what your child is learning in class.
